For what feels like the first time in forever the sun is shining in the Steel City so we headed for an afternoon stroll around the Botanical Gardens. One of my favourite places for a walk, here’s some photos I captured of the Spring blossoms and hungry squirrels.
The Bear Pit in the centre of the park.
As the sun was getting low we headed over to Park Hill flats for golden hour. I love the contrast between the original brutalist structure against the colourful refurbished block.
Finally we watched the sun go down behind the city from the top of the Sheffield ampitheatre.
Thanks Jon Stone for the last photo 🙂
